Ayurvedic concept

Literally translated, Ayurveda means life wisdom or life science. The term comes from Sanskrit and is made up of the words Ayus (life) and Veda (knowledge). Ayurveda is a combination of experience and philosophy that focuses on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects important to human health and disease. As a result, Ayurveda has a holistic approach. The basic concept of Ayurveda is that every human being belongs to one or a mixture of three doshas (body types), namely: VATA, PITTA and KAPHA. When we know our body type, it's easier to adjust our lifestyle, diet plan, and exercise in a way that improves physical and mental health.

Acupuncture

The reflex action of acupuncture points balances and stimulates the energy of the organs to promote self-healing.

The acupuncture points located on the meridians are stimulated with very fine needles. Each of these points is associated with a specific organ and has a well-defined healing effect.

According to the teachings, a person is healthy when energy flows harmoniously. Cold, heat, improper nutrition or psychological factors can cause disturbances that lead to illness or pain. Acupuncture removes blockages that disrupt this flow. Acupuncture also helps with hay fever, asthma, skin diseases, menstrual, intestinal or stomach problems, and obesity. These findings are confirmed by scientific studies.

Tuina massage

Tuina massage has the effect of mobilizing joints, releasing tension and relieving pain, as well as loosening hardening and eliminating deposits in the tissues.

Tuina includes medical massage and manipulation of the joints, taking into account the principles of traditional Chinese medicine.

Over the years, treatment methods have become so refined that the term "an-mo" (pressing and stroking) has been replaced by "tuina" (pressing and grasping). Chiropractic techniques were also incorporated into this process.

Tuina massage goes beyond the applications of a Western massage technique. Already today, this method is used in Chinese hospitals as a supplement to the methods of Western conventional medicine.

Medicinal herbs

About 90% of all diseases in India and China are treated with herbal medicine.

The herbal therapies  are effective because they are individually selected and specifically adapted to the disease pattern of each patient. In addition, the herbs are differentiated and combined according to their taste and thermal properties.

In principle, indian and chinese herbs can be used for all diseases.

The prescriptions are forwarded directly to the phytopharmacy. This department mixes, controls and dispatches the herbs. The dosage of the recipes depends on the constitution, age and body weight.

Cupping

Cupping is a method of detoxification and purification of body fluids.

Cupping is considered a means of pain relief and general stimulation of blood circulation and is one of the well-known forms of draining therapy methods. There are different methods of cupping, such as bloody cupping (the cupping glass is placed on for 15 minutes), dry cupping (the skin is stimulated) or cupping massage (the cupping glass is constantly moved).

Cupping is used to eliminate exogenous pathological factors such as heat, wind, humidity and cold. The demand for cupping glasses is increasing due to their success in treating pain and fatigue.
