- Assisting customers in handling various employment issues, including the employment and secondment of employees from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan & foreign countries.
- Drafting internal legal documents or policies for customers, including: employees handbook, confidentiality agreement, non-competition agreement, etc.
- Helping to establish the employment management system for customers and prevent their employment risks.
- Assisting customers in dealing with their employment disputes.
- Assisting customers in handling the appointment or secondment of foreign employees, dealing with their employment permits, working visas and residence permits in Mainland China.
- Advising our customers on the Individual Income Tax and social insurance of their foreign employees.
