Taiji & Qigong with Kim

Taiji (also known as Tai Chi) and Qigong are deeply rooted in Chinese philosophy and medicine. Both practices combine movement, breathing and mindfulness with the aim of harmonising and strengthening the body's life energy (Qi).
Taiji originated from the internal martial arts of China. The term ‘Taiji’ means ‘the highest principle’ – a symbol of the balance between yin and yang.
Qigong (‘working with life energy’) has its origins in traditional Chinese medicine and has been practised for over 2000 years to promote health and inner balance.
The movements are slow, flowing and suitable for people of all ages. They not only promote physical health, but also help to develop a clear mind and an open heart.
Find harmony in your body and a calm mind with Taiji & Qigong!
- Qigong promotes the flow of qi for a healthy body and mind.
- Qi is often translated as ‘life energy’.
- Systematic Qigong with coordinated, gentle exercises that flow seamlessly into the next in a calm, meditative manner.
- Taiji Quan has its roots in ancient Chinese Daoist philosophy, practice and martial arts
