  1. Assisting customers in handling various employment issues, including the employment and secondment of employees from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan & foreign countries.
  2. Drafting internal legal documents or policies for customers, including: employees handbook, confidentiality agreement, non-competition agreement, etc.
  3. Helping to establish the employment management system for customers and prevent their employment risks.
  4. Assisting customers in dealing with their employment disputes.
  5. Assisting customers in handling the appointment or secondment of foreign employees, dealing with their employment permits, working visas and residence permits in Mainland China.
  6. Advising our customers on the Individual Income Tax and social insurance of their foreign employees.
