Knee Pain

Janu treatment in Ayurveda addresses all types of knee problems and their remedies, starting with dosha-based root cause identification of joint pain, including knee pain, due to its influence on dryness, instability and coldness in the body. This is followed by step by step treatments like Kizhi, Marma massage, Lepanam and Pichu. The intelligent integration of Sodhana (cleansing) and Samana (calming) works very well for knee pain.
